At their very core, my works express my deepest fellings toward life: the boundless desire, the transience and impermanence, and our powerlessness facing it all. My paintings warn of impending danger for the whole of mankind. I believe that life is both the Buddha and the Devil, two sides of the same coin who engage in an endless battle of destruction. The body is born and dies like all plants and critters; only the soul lives forever, from one incarnation to the next. Neither the suffering nor the happiness of this life have any significance whatsoever. One must accept everthing that happens with equanimity.
