創作理念：
檢驗自己的作品，這種妥協的性格，這種兼具懷舊和展望的情感是隨處可見的。我對於情感上沉溺於劇場式的裝置作品不感興趣，但頗能為此種強烈的民族情感所感動，但總是希望在這情感的感動背後加入個人的理性思考，因此我喜歡強調對於自己所製作的物件藝術背後的內涵意義。我希望我的物體藝術成為一種符號，而這符號的被後是引伸著多重層次的意義的。隨著觀者對相同的符號因有不同的經驗而有不同的解讀。

從1999年的作品發現－－－狗的存在對人類是如此的神奇，因為在地球上再也難找出另一個兩種動物肩並肩一起散步的例子。
牠們喜歡跟在人類的屁股後面，成為一個狗腿，而我們也這麼地愛狗腿子，是因為牠們貪圖取得食物的方便？是因為一張完好無缺的長期飯票？是因為與身具來人與狗本有特殊的心靈感應？是因為狗是人的轉世，所以跟著人類可以喚起前世的回憶？是因為牠們將自己定位成人類或次人類，所以不斷地靠近我們？是因為牠們以為是家庭的一份子，是老大、老二、老三的其中一個，所以總是大搖大擺的從廚房晃到客廳？是因為已經從人類身上學會了忌妒及貪婪，所以物以類聚？是因為牠們也有階級及貴賤的區別，所以特別能從人類社會中察言觀色，以找到自己的位置，大家各安其所？是因為牠們的喜怒哀樂表情及其瞬間變化，好像可以提醒我們孩提時代的天真及無知？是因為101忠狗的電影太受歡迎，所以我們家也該養一隻狗？是因為牠們搖尾巴的速度及頻率的美感，和我們搖扇子的速度及頻率的美感相接近，所以美感及頻率相同的事物應該相聚？是因為我們心裡上需要一對眼睛不斷的注視，使我們看起來更像明星？是因為我們要某些程度上的滿足控制的慾望，所以需要一個發號施令的對象，反之亦然？是因為要證明進化在相同的時間，但不同的物種之間的進化大落差？是因為要證明相近感知器官的生物間，雖有不同的感官專長，但最終分享了相似形態的感官？..............
有太多的因為及所以，製造了這些作品。這些作品也偷用了很多的藝術形式及符號語言，偷用了以後才發現形式的空空，不管藝術不藝術，就把它當作一部非虛構的卡通吧！
