《竹田旅記》集合昔日竹田地區的農村印象以及旅客的隨身物件，呈現所在地文化脈絡的符碼。
透過藝術家巧妙的組合，引領行跡至此的民眾，乘著歲月的光影去旅行。
作品一組三件：
作品（Ⅰ）以客家花布結合公共電話、行李箱、旅行袋、鐵路便當、學生帽與書包等物件構成，訴說關於旅客的車站記憶以及旅途軌跡。最上方白鷺鷥、夜合花與時鐘的組合，帶領旅客復返客家農村的往日時光。
作品（Ⅱ）以斗笠、米袋與麻雀再現竹田米倉的歷史軌跡。
作品（Ⅲ）以行李箱、懷錶、麻雀象徵旅人的歸來與離去。
《Jhutian Travel Diary》collected past farm village impressions of the Jhutian region as well as travelers’ personal belongings to present the symbols featuring local cultural sentiments. People who are guided here via artists’ ingenious combinations travel with the lights and shadows of time.
The work set contains three pieces: work (I) uses Hakka floral fabric in combination with objects including a public telephone booth, suitcase, travel bag, railway lunchbox, student’s hat and a school bag, depicting the travelers’ memories of the station, as well as the traces of journeys. The combination of egret, Coco Magnolia and clock on the top takes the travelers back to the past times of the Hakka farm village.
Work (II) uses a bamboo hat, rice bag and a sparrow to reproduce the historical traces of the Jhutian rice mill.
Work (III) uses a suitcase, pocket watch and a sparrow to symbolize travelers’ arrivals and departures.
