作品『城市填填圈–歡樂時刻』，是一座轉換甜甜圈蛋糕造型的大型空間裝置，提供觀眾參與（JOIN）式的歡樂（JOY）體驗與時光。作品結合了空間、雕塑與色彩，夢幻且繽紛，希冀吸引人們一起成為『填填圈』的一部分，用歡笑與驚奇填滿作品，一起製造美好的回憶與故事。
Urban Donut-JOJO Moment is just like a delicious cake, offering a “join-joy” experience. The work combines spaces, sculpture, and colors. It is fancy and colorful. The artist hopes that visitors would fill the Urban Donut with laughter and joy, creating wonderful memories and stories.

Wishes and hopes are something that people can anticipate thanks to the prosperous society. Bulb Man, an iconic figurine symbolizing goodwill, and the Bluebird of happiness light up the future of the city with passion, friendliness, and warmth.  Light lights up the city, which is a new beacon of future, hope, and happiness.
